A lot of times I make things that call for egg whites, so I am “forced” to make Lemon Curd with the left over yolks. The first couple times I made it I was very intimidated, but it is a quick and easy recipe. Lemon Curd in my house is mixed with Greek Yogurt and then topped with fresh blueberries for a simple and sensational dish and if you want to be generous add a chocolate cookie.

Can I please get your wonderful sounding recipe? I just hate not being able to use the yolks every time I need the whites only. Thanks so much.

Sabayon is a FABULOUSLY decadent dessert, easy to make and uses yolks and wine to make a custard that u can top with or layer with fresh berries or any preferred fruit

I was in a same situation once: Used to have 14 eggs per week! (from my 2 “chicks” running around the garden). Luckyly for me, my front-door neighbour had made out of his garden a kind of mini far. We ended up exchanging goods (he would get my eggs, I would get some fruit and veggies)….miss those times!

Wash your hair with them. Maybe just use the yolks and not overly hot water to avoid scrambling them in your hair.
