When it comes to beauty products they are more often than not expensive, toxic, and ineffective. We spend our money for the best products in an endless rat race to find the fountain of youth. What we often don’t realize is that those very products are loading our precious bodies with toxins which only accelerate the aging process.
We need all natural beauty products that offer true health and rejuvenation to our skin and bodies. These 5 detox face masks do just that. From bentonite clay to essential oils we’ve got you covered!
The Minty Chocolate Power Face Mask
- 1/2 Tbs. Bentonite clay
- 1/2 tsp. Cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. Maca powder
- 2 Tbs. Plain yogurt
- 2-4 drops Peppermint essential oil
Mix ingredients in small bowl.
Spread a thin layer all over your (non-makeup-ed) clean face and leave it on until it dries, about 15-20 minutes. Remove by placing a warm washcloth over your face and letting the mask soften. Then, you can just wipe it off with the washcloth and rinse your face completely.
Note: Contact with metal will decrease the effectiveness of bentonite clay, so use a wooden or plastic spoon to mix up your face mask.

I’d recommend the honey spice face mask. I love frankincense for all the worst things time does to our skin. 😉
