We are in the process of creating real food meal plans. During the new year we all revamp our goals, and for some that may be making the switch to real food or eating healthier…or working out. So we thought we would make that a little easier…not to mention aid in our own New Years goals. 🙂 This is the first week in a series of 4 meal plans specifically designed to help aid in weight-loss. If you follow the instructions below and download the meal plan then this is what you’ll get:
- 7 day real food meal plan (with more to come) that will help aid in weight loss.
- Complete meals listed for each day including breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner with incorporated leftovers.
- Corresponding recipes list for each meal divided out to know when to prepare each.
- Corresponding grocery list including items you should already have in your pantry.
- Links to staple recipes can be found below and on the meal plans.
- All recipes follow “real food guidelines”.
How to get the 1st Meal Plan
- Go to the “Welcome Link” on The Healthy Honeys “Facebook page”.
- Click “like” if you are not a fan.
- Click on the image of the meal plan you would like to download.

The soaked bread is for the sandwiches and whenever you have bread. We don’t have a recipe for it up on our site yet but try this one from the elliot homestead. I love it. http://theelliotthomestead.blogspot.com/2011/07/soaked-whole-wheat-bread.html
