Well in that case this is perfect for you. When I discovered zucchini lasagna I was super excited! Zucchini takes on the flavor of what it is cooked with very well. So it tastes very similar to normal lasagna.
You will need these…
2-3 large zucchini
Step 1: Wash zucchini. Slice the zucchini longways with a knife or one of these handy dandy slicers. It is usually easier to get the slices nice and even with the slicer but it works with the knife too.
Step 9: Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cheese is melted and zucchini is tender.
And that’s it.
I love this with homemade garlic bread and Parmesan cheese on top.
