Can I just say, “Yeah for friends with yummy healthy recipes!” Because this white bean spread recipe came from a friend and it is a huge hit in this house. We use it to dip veggies, crackers, or chips in. It’s a great party pleaser and a great option if you are avoiding dairy. It’s also super quick to make.
White Bean Spread

Ingredients
- 4 C. soaked, and precooked cannelini beans
- 1 tsp. pesto
- juice from 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbs. parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.
- Serve as a spread or dip with crackers, bread, or veggies.

The only thing I do differently is I can my own beans. I buy them in the bag because it is much, much cheaper, they are much easier to store that way, and it gives me control of what goes into them when they are processed.
