Vegi-Lovers Pizza Recipe
Craving Pizza? Yes of course yet again. I love vegi-lovers pizza. It is quick and easy to make and includes lots of yummy vegetables to eat. Add to that the soaked flour crust and you’ve got yourself a delicious meal with a good variety. You also don’t have to use this pizza recipe just for vegi-lovers pizza. It would work great to use the crust and add whatever other toppings you want.
Plus it’s fun to make with your kids. My son always loves being my little helper. Whether it is kneading, which he calls pushing, the pizza dough or rolling it out. Yes I realize that he is on the floor but hey, he’s having fun. He really liked adding the toppings too.
Don’t those veggies look so yummy!!! The beauty of a vegi-lovers pizza is that you put the vegetables on that you love. For this pizza I chose olives, mushrooms, red pepper, and green pepper. That is generally your standard for a vegi-lovers pizza but you could add broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, avocados, or anything else you really love (when adding meat, be sure to cook it before topping the pizza).
This pizza takes about 20 minutes of cook time and 10-15 of prep time.
This vegi-lovers pizza will make three round pans or 1 cookie sheet plus a round pan. We opted for the cookie sheet and a pie pan. It worked out pretty well.
You might opt to make your pizza on a pizza stone if you make pizza a lot. And this made it a lot easier too.
As for making this pizza real food. It is a lot about where you get your ingredients. Using quality vegetables, soaking your wheat, and buying or making real cheese.
Here is the recipe. 🙂

Cover with wet towel and let stand for 8-12 hours. After soaking period add yeast and knead for 5-10 minutes and then put in pans and bake as normal.
