When I am having one of those indulgent days this is my go to treat to avoid a diet disaster. Granted if you eat to many of these it would still be detrimental to your waist line. That is why this recipe only makes one.

1 Tbs. Cocoa or Carob powder
1/3 Cup unsweetened coconut
